Swedish is relaxing and pampering.
It is characterized by long flowing strokes with a
light to medium pressure

Swedish massages may be tailored to your
specific needs by changes in pressure, rhythm,
tempo and duration.
Deep Tissue Massage
A staple in the massage community, Deep
Tissue lives up to its name, as it affects the
deeper layers of soft tissue.
Deep Tissue techniques aim to relax tight
muscles, break up adhesions in muscle
fibers, help to correct postural distortions, and
more. Deep Tissue techniques vary as to the
intention of the massage, and can used in a
full body treatment or on specific muscle
groups.
Blended Massage Therapy
The most popular massage, the blended
massage is a combination of Swedish, Deep
Tissue and Therapeutic Massage techniques.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage uses a wide variety of
techniques to target a specific need or
ailment. For example, therapeutic massage
would be used to address: certain types of
tendonitis, limited range of motion, tension
patterns, etc.
Prenatal Massage
(2nd & 3rd Trimester Only. Doctor Approval

The perfect therapy for relaxation, de-stressing,
and relieving certain pain patterns for
mom-to-be, Prenatal Massage is available for
pregnant women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Prenatal Massages are performed with
mom-to-be in both side-line and sitting
positions. In order to protect Mom during this
exciting time, expectant mothers are required to
check with their doctors before receiving a
massage. A doctor's release note is required if
any health conditions are present, or if there is a
history of complications.
Hot Stone Massage
An Americanized Native American healing art,
Hot Stone Massage is founded on the principle
that moist heat aids in relaxing soft tissues,
including muscles. Stones are heated in water
and used in this one-of-a-kind massage. Hot
Stone Massage will include massage with the
stones and stone placement, including a spinal
layout. Hot Stone massage may be
individualized to be similar to a Swedish
massage or a Deep Tissue Massage.
Cupping Massage
Cupping Techniques are a form of healing found
in many ancient cultures. Cupping Massage
utilizes the traditional stagnant cup placement
and is transformed by incorporating massage
concepts. Massage Cupping is unique in its
ability to provide "negative pressure". It also
clears stagnation, brings blood supply to the
skin, drains and moves fluids, loosens
adhesions, and more.
Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular massage is a type of deep tissue
massage that focuses on trigger points within
specific muscles and specific muscle groups.
When muscle fibers are tight, they will lose blood
flow and oxygen. As a result, dysfunction, pain,
lactic acid and other toxins may build. Pain
patterns associated with trigger points may be in
the vicinity of the stressed tissue or it may refer
to other areas of the body. Neuromuscular in
intensive, and the intention is to release muscle
spasticity at the pace that your body is willing to
let it go, i.e. you should never be in pain during
this massage. A "feel good hurt" or "on the edge
of pain" sensation is common during this
therapy.
